SALAD OF THE DAY
.
Every part of me was aching today after yesterday's workout at the gym. It has been 5 months since I visited the gym. Not surprisingly, my stamina has also deteriorated as I took 79 minutes to complete 10km. Now that I have all the time in the world, I shall visit the gym more often then.
.
.
Anyway, limping around the house today did not prevent me from preparing a sumptuous salad. When it comes to food, you can never go wrong just following my sister's instructions: Mixed vegetables, tuna, fresh onions, chinese parsley and mayonnaise. Give it a good mix, chill it and it can be served in a jiffy.
.
Now I just have to wait for mum to be back to surprise her. By the way, it's edible and delicious. Iron chef blood runs in the Seow family. Hahaha... :P
